I brought my cards to an in-person submission here in Vancouver in June 2024. This was my first time submitting to PSA and using this service. They were clear, and thorough and even gave advice on whether or not to opt for autograph authentication with the cards I had. When I submitted through them, they sent email updates on where my cards were and when the invoicing was due. My cards came back with the best grades I could hope for. I've used another card grading service provider since then, and their customer service and transparency aren't as great as pro shop sports. I will come back to these guys as they are the best!
